Terms & conditions are one of those things we all need, but nobody reads, right? I’ve tried to write mine in a way that makes it simple to understand – because if you’re on this page, I guess that’s what you want – not some boring jargon.

By signing up to the Academy, you agree to the following terms.

Overview

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fat Pony Ltd. The term the “Site” refers to myfunnelacademy.com. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, members and any other users of the site.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through this website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including: your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You agree that:

1. You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase

2. The information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors And Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. We’re all human, huh?

The information found on the site may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Affiliate Disclosure

Throughout the membership, I recommend certain products that I believe will be of benefit to members. Sometimes when I make product recommendations, I earn a commission for any purchases you make with them. I only recommend products that I’ve tested and believe in and due to this, I always recommend without bias.

In some cases, I am required to be an affiliate with the company in order to provide you with the members only discounts.

We are also a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, meaning we earn affiliate commission by linking to products on Amazon.

The money generated by affiliate income goes towards beer money and if you’d rather not purchase through a link, that is no problem.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Academy, no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid. The only exception to this is if there has been any billing errors on our side. In the event of any incorrect billing, we are more than happy to provide a refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. This is found inside the member portal.

Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate an annual subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual payment term.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further. We cannot refund fees paid in the event of you not cancelling.
